Minnesota GOP, a hot-bed for climate change skeptics

Last week we posted a video of Minnesota GOP candidate, Michele Bachmann making her comedic debut as a climate change “skeptic.” Now less than a week later we have found footage of another Republican candidate in Minnesota, Bill Cullen, going on about “sunspots” and “global cooling.”

I don't know if this is a case of two election candidates singing from the same song sheet, or an overzealous “youtuber” trying to make a point. Or maybe, just maybe, it is something in the GOP kool-aid.

UK heatwave hottest in 350

UK's Met Office is reporting that UK's sweltering summer was not only entirely unpleasant, but was also historically significant. To quote: “There has not been a hotter summer since records began in 1659 when Oliver Cromwell's son Richard resigned as Lor Protector of England and France and Spain ended their 24-year war.”

Congress candidate Michele Bachmann's comedy act

Check out this video of Minnesota Senator Michele Bachmann's stance on climate change. The absurdity of her Inhofean message is definitely not lost on her audience.
