ExxonMobil would sure like you to think that everything is just fine down in Mayflower, Arkansas. That the roughly 5,000 barrel tar sands crude spill was regrettable, but the town will be soon restored to its unspoiled state. That, in terms of clean up, they’re totally on it.

This assumes that all of the Corexit would completely and immediately disperse throughout the entire Gulf, as opposed to appearing in concentrated areas. It also ignores the fact that much of it becomes airborne as well.

That personal injury lawyers show up to profit from injury does not mean that there is no injuries. On the contrary; they wouldn't invest their time and billable hours if there were no suits to win.
