the second point
the second point just says "Regarding Climate Science"
Is there more to this?
I am a pharmacist, and I
I am a pharmacist, and I hold the science/scientific method, very close to my heart. It saddens me to watch people with absolutely no background/understanding of science, attack it for purely political reasons. I feel, that with this president, we have taken a step back in time to a period resembling the dark ages. We became a world power, not through our superior business skills, or military prowess, or because god loves us, but with our superior innovation and science skills. To watch the religious right attack evolution, because it shows the bible's account of history to be utterly false, is very counterproductive and ignorant. No where in science does it say there is no god, nor can it, it just proves the bible's/kuran account of mans beginning is fantasy, at best.

I think you got a little off topic there. We are speaking of governemtn intervention within the realm of science and in particular, environmental science.
This kind of report only confirms what many have supposed and even proposed all along.
The current Bush administration is by no stretch of the imagination the worst governmental authority ever to have been charged with the care of the United States. I would, in many ways, consider them to be worse than those they are trying to displace in other countries, for the sole purpose of greed and their own national interest, as opposed to the interests of both humanity and the world we live on.
The best leaders in history have been those who lead by example, lead by providing a level of equality and autonomy, humility being an ever-present asset of theirs. Should not the US follow suit? It's apathy toward these things denotes a contempt to those both within and without the country.

You, my friend, need to learn the grammarific method and start placing commas where they're supposed to go.
