A very sensable move
A very sensable move considering he still believes the AGW Mythology.
At least he is smart enough to see when something is just useless and harmful.
Money Crunch
Hes going to have to trim the fat somewhere and its not likely to be from his waistline. Programs viewed as luxuries have to go.
Money Crunch failed

Losing Money for NJ
RGGI is a modest surcharge on electrical use -- I havent noticed it in my bills. The collected money is returned to the state to use as grants for projects that conserve electricity.
NJ users will still pay since electricity is regional. Withdrawing means the state will not get the money back. The other nine states will split NJs contributions.
The program is not a "luxury". It is not "useless". When a town insulates town hall, the taxpayers save heating costs.
Christie did not accomplish anything except kiss up to fossil fuel companies. Sheerly a move in the service of ideology.
Christie
This man is just milking NJ of everything he can and giving it to his rich buddies. He doesnt care what happens, even if he doesnt get voted in again, which he might because we still have idiots in this world, he is getting what he can while he is here. Thank you people who voted for him. I hope your one out of a job now.
