The Australian Libertarian Society (ALS) was founded by John Humphreys in 2000. It supports “free-markets, individual liberty and the promotion of peaceful, voluntary interaction between people.”
Humphreys is also a board member of the Australian Taxpayers Alliance
Alternate Solutions Institute
The Alternate Solutions Institute describes itself as the “first free market think tank of Pakistan, is a registered, non-profit, non-political, non-governmental, educational and research organization.” It was established in April, 2003 in Lahore.
Its mission is to “promote a limited responsible government in Pakistan under the rule of law protecting life, liberty, and property of all of its individual citizens without any discrimination.” 
The Reason Foundation is a Libertarian group that purports to advance “free society by developing, applying, and promoting libertarian principles, including individual liberty, free markets, and the rule of law.”
John Locke Foundation (JLF)
According to their website, The John Locke Foundation was created in 1990 as an independent, nonprofit think tank that would work “for truth, for freedom, and for the future of North Carolina.” The Foundation is funded significantly by Art Pope, who also serves on the foundation's board of directors.
